Who is responsible
[Legal business name], trading as Toren ("we", "us"), is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [EMAIL].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, role and message.
- Booking a call: if you use the booking link, the booking provider collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data: the hosting provider processes standard server data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To prepare and carry out an engagement, if we agree to work together.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent them. You are not required to provide any data, but without contact details we cannot reply.
Who receives it
Only the service providers needed to run this site, each acting on our behalf:
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)
- Contact form delivery: Web3Forms ([legal entity and country, from its privacy policy])
- Email: [your email provider]
Some of these providers are outside Israel and the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Data is transferred to them only as needed to provide their service, under their contractual data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement requires, and afterwards as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Email [EMAIL] and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, so no third party receives your visit. Third-party services you choose to open, such as a booking page, may set their own cookies on their own sites.
Security
The site is static, served over HTTPS with security headers, and stores no form data itself. Messages go directly to the form provider and then to our inbox.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
